assembl.lib.config module

Indirection layer to enable getting at the config while not littering the codebase with thread-local access code.

class assembl.lib.config.CascadingSettings(config_dict)

Bases: plaster_pastedeploy.ConfigDict

get(key, default=None)

Return the value for key if key is in the dictionary, else default.

assembl.lib.config.get(name, default=None)

Return a specific setting.

assembl.lib.config.get_config()

Return the whole settings object.

assembl.lib.config.set_config(settings, reconfig=False)

Set the settings object.
